Hey everybody! Sorry it’s taken me so long to get a new blog post up. I’ve been having one crazy week – but enough about that – let’s get into the real reason you clicked on this post – the Colourpop Lush Life Collection.
In my opinion, the Colourpop Lush Life Collection is one of the most beautiful collections Colourpop has ever released. It consists of 10 gorgeous products that come in vibrant colors, wearable formulas, and stunning packaging. The collection includes the following products:
- 3 Lux Glosses $8 each – Orchid, Peace Lily, Vanda
- 3 Creme Gel Liners $7 each – Toucan Do It, Aglow, Canopy
- 3 Creme Dew Serum Blushes $7 each – Starfruit, Hibiscus, Passion Flower

When I saw this collection on the Colourpop site I knew I had to test out a few pieces of it and I can honestly say I’m really glad I did. Colourpop Creme Gel Liners are some of my favorite eyeliners on the market because they’re creamy (no pun intended 🙂) and they glide and stay on your waterline all day long. Even if your eyes tend to water a lot, this eyeliner won’t budge. Plus they come in a variety of colors. The three colors in this collection are completely stunning and pair beautifully with the eyeshadow palette. They also have the cutest names: Canopy (matte leafy green), Aglow (metallic lime with gold shift), and Toucan Do It (metallic marigold).
If you’re never tried the Colourpop Lux Glosses you’ve been missing out because not only are these glosses affordable they wear very comfortably on the lips. Honestly, I found them to be a dupe for the Fenty Gloss Bomb lip glosses for a fraction of the price. They’re never sticky or drying. When I saw this bright orange one called Orchid I couldn’t wait to put it on my lips. It’s the absolute perfect color for summer because it gives your lips a soft shine with subtle color.
Lush Life Pressed Powder Eyeshadow Palette
I’m a total eyeshadow junkie so out of all of the products in the collection the Lush Life eyeshadow palette was my favorite. It’s a 12 pan palette that includes 6 gorgeous shimmers and 6 rich mattes that will transport you to a tropical oasis. When I look at this palette all I see is summer and every time I use it I imagine I’m glamping in the tropical rainforests of the Amazon jungle (in an air conditioned tent of course, because I’m totally not up for sweating and fighting giant mosquitos). One of the best things about this palette is that you can create a totally approachable look or you can go all out and do a super colorful look.
The packaging of this collection is just as beautiful as the products it covers. Honestly, I think this collection is a work of art and I would definitely recommend it. Also, Colourpop offers several sets in this collection so you can try a few of the products for a really good price.
