  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

What To Do

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Roll & Cut: Roll out the puff pastry and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out an even number of hearts.
3️⃣ Fill with Nutella: Spoon a small amount of Nutella onto the center of half the hearts, leaving a small border.
4️⃣ Seal the Hearts: Place the remaining hearts on top, press the edges together, and crimp with a fork to seal.
5️⃣ Egg Wash: Lightly brush the tops with a beaten egg for that perfect golden crust.
6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
7️⃣ Cool & Serve: Let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
